Tomorrow's the day, the first day of Spring! I can hear the children playing in the park outside my open office window. The multi colors of greens budding out of trees and the bright colors of blooming flowers can't help but make one feel happy. Spring always seems to offer hopefullness and new beginnings. I hope that you have a moment to be outside and raise you face to the sun and feel a cool spring breeze pass over you. Whatcom County is a wonderful place to be.
